Who is MiseAI for?

Hotels, restaurants and cafés alike. When you create your account you choose your establishment type, and MiseAI only shows the matching features — e.g. a café doesn't see hotel-specific upselling triggers like "arrival day".

Do I need extra hardware or a POS system?

No. MiseAI runs entirely in the browser. If you already use SumUp to take payments, you can connect your account and sales sync automatically. A POS isn't required though — you can always log sales manually.

How much does MiseAI cost?

€29 per month, which already includes 3 seats (owner, head chef, sous chef). From the 4th staff member onward it's +€5 per additional person — billing adjusts automatically to your team size, no plan change needed.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days free with full access to every feature. A credit card is required to start, but you're only charged after the trial ends — and you can cancel anytime before that.

Yes, the subscription can be cancelled anytime, there's no minimum term. You manage it yourself through the billing tool in your account.

Where is my data stored?

In GDPR-compliant data storage within the EU. Your business data (sales, staff, suppliers etc.) remains the property of your business and is never sold to third parties.

How is guest data protected in the upselling newsletter?

Sign-ups go through a double opt-in process, every email includes a mandatory unsubscribe link, and consent is logged with a timestamp and source. For CSV imports of existing lists, you as the owner explicitly confirm that consent has already been obtained.

Who on my team can see what?

The team tool lets you invite colleagues via link and assign roles (e.g. owner, head chef, staff) with matching permissions — not every role can delete things or view contracts everywhere.

How long does setup take?

Sign up, pick your establishment type, done — the app is usable immediately. If you'd rather try it out than enter live data, you can load individual demo datasets from Settings (e.g. sample suppliers or sample sales) and reload them separately at any time.

It knows your real numbers — sales, orders, staff, weekly schedule, food waste figures and running upselling campaigns — and answers questions about them directly in chat, including recipe suggestions based on recently delivered ingredients.

Can orders be created automatically from delivery note uploads?

Accepted Answer

Yes: you upload the order confirmation, and once delivered the delivery note — MiseAI automatically reads the delivery date and line items, enters the delivery date into the weekly plan, and sets the order status to "delivered" automatically after the delivery note upload.
